In stead of my usual chili oil, I made a sauce with soy sauce and the extra spicy Chám dipping sauceThis was SO spicy and addicting.
Wonton filling: 
•one small pack (half a pound) of ground pork 
•one egg
•two tbsp of flour 
Sauce:
•Soy sauce and Cham sauce
(adjust the spiciness for your liking) 
•Chopped scallions 
1. Mix the ingredients for the filling all together and wrap them with wonton skins. Each wonton = one tbsp of filling.
2. Cook wontons in the boiling water for 5 mins and drain. Cook as many as you like and freeze the rest for another time. 
3. Pour the Cham sauce over and top with chopped scallions. Enkoy!
