Air Fried Chicken Wings
Air Fried Chicken Wings with Cham Sauce
2 pounds of chicken wings
1/2 cup of tapioca starch (you can use flour or potato starch also)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon seasoning
Cham Dipping Sauce
In a zip lock bag, add in all ingredients, shake and evenly coat the wings. Place the wings in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 18-20 mins flipping them once. Make sure wings are thoroughly cooked. (Cooking times may vary depending on the air fryer you’re using)
Take out wings and place them on a plate. Drizzle Chấm Dipping Sauce on them and enjoy! You won’t be disappointed.
